Entry Status

The race is full and we have stopped adding names to the waitlist.

Qualification

We require runners to complete an organized trail race of 50 miles or longer sometime after January 1, 2007. Please note the race name and date and your time when filling out your application. If you plan to use an upcoming race as a qualifier note the race on your application. You can complete a qualifier after registering for Cascade Crest but must do so prior to the event. The purpose of the qualifying race is to ensure that entrants are prepared and have a decent chance to finish CCC.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your entry we provide a refund of $100 if you notify us by July 31. After July 31 there is no refund for cancellations.

Info on Entrants

We enjoy learning more about you before the run and include a few optional questions on the race application. We will compile some of this information for the aid station staff so they know a bit about you as you make your way around the course. Ultrarunners predictably do some pretty interesting things when they are not running. We'd love to hear more about you before race day.
