Cascade Crest 100 Course Info
There are no course changes planned for the 2008 race. We hope the weather will cooperate and give you views like this one from the top of Thorp Mountain during the 2005 race.
For a description of the course and general event information please review the 2007 runner's manual. The manual will be updated and expanded for 2008 and most of your questions will probably be answered somewhere in there... We've included course advice from several CCC veterans as well as general suggestions for first time 100 mile runners.
If you want to figure out when you are likely to get to certain aid stations, we have a table showing the arrival times at different aid stations over the years. This will help you plot your expected times along the course and should help crew members plan their schedules to meet with you.
